Evaluation Report

1. To evaluate the outputs and results of the 9 POWER sub-projects;
2. To determine and assess the contribution that the POWER programme has made on identifying key policy areas that could be rolled out within the regions and across Europe;
3. To evaluate the management of the POWER programme;
4. To provide examples of lessons learnt to inform future initiatives promoting low carbon economies;
5. To provide examples of lessons learnt to inform future development of EU inter-regional programmes.
