María Luisa Borra Marcos
Marisa Borra has lived in United States of America. Andalusia's Regional Correspondent holds a masters degree in European Law form the Free University of Brussels, the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Navigation of Seville and the University of Seville. Marisa has ample experience in European projects through her work at the European Commission, General Directorate of Regional Policies, as well as being the responsible for International projects at the Andalusian Energy Agency, where she has participated as Project Leader for setting up the OPET office, Research & Development Programme from the European Commission, and was the responsible for the ENER-IURE project related to the study of Energy Legislation of 15 Member States, as well as cooperation projects within North Africa and Latin America.
Marisa participates as speaker in diverse International Conferences and coordinates different working groups at Spanish level. Collaborating with the Industrial Business School of Seville teaching energy related programmes. Her main interest is regional development, innovation, environment and energy, working as regional correspondent as a link between research, business and market operators in Andalusia interesting in European collaborative programmes.
Marisa speaks Spanish, English and French and is currently interested in learning German.
